The Cassel Ginns Team
We are litigation attorneys with a combined 60 years of experience practicing throughout the Central Valley and its outlying regions. We have successfully represented our clients in a wide range of court trials and jury trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. Our clients included physicians and their families, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, engineers, architects, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, business owners and accident victims. Our practice is founded upon aggressive representation in the earliest stages to resolve disputes quickly and favorably for our clients. We originally began our practice in San Joaquin County with the Diehl, Steinheimer, Riggio, Haydel & Mordaunt firm which was founded by the late Joseph W. Diehl. In 2000 that original firm dissolved and for the next 13 years we practiced with Cassel Malm Fagundes, LLP of Stockton. Starting on February 1, 2013, we formed our own separate firm, Cassel Ginns, A Professional Law Corporation, with our office in Lodi, California.
